Realizing Your Vision Board
Here we are again, at the beginning of a new year with a whole 365 days to make changes, to grow, and to start living our fully-realized version of a ONE OF A KIND life. Now that we’re a few days into 2018, we’ve made our goals (and maybe even slipped up a few times) already, but how do you stick to them? A Vision Board, of course!
Many people swear by a vision board for manifesting their dreams, so here’s a guide to what makes them (and you!) successful. Plus, it’s fun to make, so why not give it a try?
Answer a few key questions
When you start to visualize your vision board, be sure to jot down your basic goals and a little road map to get there. Not sure of exactly what you want out of 2018? Here are some ideas to get you started.
- What have you always wanted to do but not had the courage to do it?
- What do you wish you had more time for?
- What does your life look like when your goals are achieved?
- Can your goals be broken down into smaller goals?

Tell everyone you know
It's proven (maybe anecdotally, but still!) that when you share your hopes and dreams with people as facts, they come true! It's sort of a "speak it into being" mindset, so SHOW OFF YOUR VISION BOARD. Tell all your friends, post it on social media, and don't forget to use the hashtags #ikeephappy and #keep365 so that we can see them, too!
